Conditions of sale and shipments

Dear customer, we would like to provide information relating to the warranty terms, general conditions of sale and transport costs. We invite you to read the instructions on this page, remembering that we remain at your complete disposal for any additional information or clarification.

Warranty

Lofficina Kosmetica Olfattiva uses the " Satisfied or Reimbursed " guarantee - pursuant to Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n°185 - through which the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, within 10 days from receipt of the goods .
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a registered letter with return receipt to LOK - Lofficina Olfattiva Kosmetica, via Fantaguzzi n.34 - 47521 Cesena (FC). An email can also be sent to the address: info@lofficinaolfattivakosmetica.it (only if confirmed, via letter AR, within 48 hours of sending).

Costs of (possible) returning goods

  • The costs of returning the goods are totally borne by the customer;
  • Cash on delivery parcels will not be accepted;
  • The goods must be returned in the original packaging;
  • Once the products have been received, LOK reserves the right to check for any damage or defects in the products not resulting from transport. Once the checks have been completed, LOK will credit the customer as soon as possible with the cost of the returned products as indicated in the shipping slip.
  • The customer can decide to cancel the order within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email in two ways: by sending an email to info@lofficinaolfattivakosmetica.it or by calling 327 4480789 during store opening hours.

    • Regarding the right of withdrawal exercised by the customer, within 14 days of shipment of the goods by the customer, LOK will reimburse the expenses already incurred by the customer.

    For any complaints , contact 327 4480789 (during shop opening hours) or write to: info@lofficinaolfattivakosmetica.it indicating the reasons for the complaint.

    Shipping methods and costs

    • Shipments are made from Monday to Friday (it takes between 2 and 8 working days). For more information on shipping times, contactinfo@lofficinaolfattivakosmetica.it .

    • The products are shipped by courier.
      - Shipping costs for Italy : €8.90 VAT included
      - Free shipping for amounts over €100.00

      - Shipping costs to other European countries: €40.00 VAT included
      - Free shipping for amounts over €350.00
