Absolue d'Osmanthe is a perfume that wastes no time in showcasing its stunning main ingredient: Osmanthus, a bright, fruity little flower with the apricot-like tones that the flower is famous for. As with all great soliflore perfumes, the supporting notes are designed to skew the fragrance as little as possible in any particular direction, and indeed in Absolue d'Osmanthe the plum note has been inserted to add a juicy depth to the fruity notes which exudes osmanthus, while rose and jasmine to accentuate the delicate softness. As it dries gently, rich woody and creamy balsamic notes emerge, highlighting the toned sensuality of the leather note hidden in the soft milky depths of osmanthus.
