There's nothing sexier than the smell of chlorine on your warm skin on a hot summer day, mixed with the smells of sunscreen and that soft beach towel you love to sleep on. La Piscine was inspired by the film Swimming Pool, by the French director Francois Ozon. But it also comes from my memories of the swimming pool I went to as a teenager. I wasn't a happy teenager, but I loved those days at the pool with my friends. This perfume smells of happiness and what I feel like a sensual experience. The smell of my skin after those days in the sun. La Piscine has chlorine, but also the smell of grass that has been watered, the smell of flowers and sunscreen. A summer experience.
