Tubereuse Absolue edp, 100ml
Tuberose is a white flower that blooms at night, its petals are fragile, fat, waxy and have a strong and intoxicating aroma. Cultivated mostly in Egypt, Morocco, Martinique and India, its flowers are harvested while still in bud. In the world of perfumery it is often considered a controversial note, but many love its exuberant qualities. It is dark, voluptuous and carnal, its smoky hints recall the inebriating smell of camphor.
Tubéreuse Absolue by Perris Monte Carlo, follows the flower to its origin, detecting its intoxicating aroma very slowly thanks to the splendid notes of jasmine and gardenia at its side, but without ever overshadowing it. As its succulent white petals open, they give the fragrance a buttery suede-like texture, while a bold base with vetiver, cedarwood and musk, shows how profound its beauty is.
